Late War German G43 K98 Mauser Cleaning Rod 12 98K Ww2Authentci ww2 german manufactured k98/g43 cleaning rod. This is not a reproduction! The threads on all the repros are incorrect and in fact may damage the threads on yoru rifle (see photo, top one is original, bottom is repop). Repros also do not have the v cut inside the notch to help keep the cleaning cloth in place, not to mention that the bluing also is too dark. This mid to late war example has the typical rough manufacture marks and no serial number by then germans had better thinsg to do than stamp small parts. The standard 12 1/2 inch (32 cm) length will fit perfectly all mauser 98k made during or after 1940, as well as g/k43 rifles. Condition is fine, not bent, no rust or damage and original phosphated finish is 90% or better. At any rtae it's guaranteed original. For higher quality pitcures just ask. I combine shipping.
